Gaming

Picture
I have been gaming for longer than I can remember. My earliest memory of playing an mx video game was when I was four years old. My dad brought home a Ps1 game, it had something to do with Jeremy Mcgrath. That is pretty much what jump started it all. My first online mx game was when I was seven. Motocross Madness II... Oh what a game!

Mx vs Atv...

Well of course there was Mx Unleashed. It was a killer game. The only thing it lacked was online play. I spent many hours on this game, but it did not all go to waste, because shortly after the release of this, Mx vs Atv Unleashed came out with a similar physics feel, and this one did have online play. It is sad to hear Digital Studios Phoenix and THQ announcing that they are discontinuing the Mx vs Atv Franchise.

My gaming equipment

I get tons of questions about how I record my gameplay. I use a capture card, specifically a Dazzle DVD Recorder. (For Mx Simulator I just use Fraps) This little unit is super easy to use. Just install the software on to your computer, plug the little guy in and go.

Ps3... The only way to go

I don't want to discourage anyone here, but if you have an X-box... Why? I don't know why you would choose to pay for online play rather than getting it free. I honestly do not see how X-box live is better than PSN. And yeah I have used both. Not to mention the superior graphics of the Sony machine, and the best part... No Red Ring of Death!

Newest in MX gaming technology... Mx Simulator.

Beware... this game is not easy to get used to. I could go on and on about this game but I'll keep it short. first off this is a PC game, if you have a slow computer you may still be able to play it, but only offline with stock track no computer AI and with your graphics turned all the way down. But the reason this game is unlike any others, is that it was made by a single person. However it is constantly updated by not only him, but the Mx Simulator community as well. The game is only $42.00 USD... I say that is worth it for the hundreds of HD tracks that have been released that are totally free for you to download. Not to mention that any time new gear is released in real life, someone will make it for this game. You have literally thousands of gear styles to choose from. All the 2011-2012 bike are already released, with countless graphic styles to choose from. There are always players online to go play with. This game provides limitless entertainment with a physics engine unlike any other.
